Kudos & Harassment Reports

The APHA and SJAMHA Executives want to provide a system where officials can both report harassment and give kudos. The links on this page provide you with the reporting forms to do both.

1. The Kudos Report is used to give positive feedback (a.k.a. Kudos) to other officials, coaches, or spectators to facilitate positive communications between different parts of the community.

2. The Harassment Report is used to report poor behavior of coaches or spectators or players regardless of whether a penalty was assessed.

This information will be used to open lines of communication within the APHA & SJAMHA Community about both positive and negative events.
